Discontinuous Ball Mill

This type of ball mills are known as batch mills. The reason for naming this type of balmil is the discontinuity in the cutting action.

This means that the ball mill door is opened, the material is poured into it, and after closing the door and the desired crushing, the continuous ball mill machine stops completely and the material exits.

These types of mills are mostly used in tile and ceramic industries and in situations where the grinding time is not important or considering the tonnage of the non-continuous machine, it is the most suitable suggestion.

This type of mill is made in capacities of 100 liters to 50000 liters.

In this type of mill, belt and pulley power transmission is usually used to move the mill. In this system, it is possible to use materials both wet and mixed with liquid, and dry and sub.
