Ball mill body

There are several things that can be presented in the construction of the ball mill body in Iran Mine, which will be explained:

1- The body is made of steel, preferably a high and hard alloy, and its professional and precise rolling

• These steels are usually prepared in different thicknesses according to the capacity of the mill and the input materials and its use.
• Mainly, these steel sheets are prepared and provided by Mobarakeh steel of Isfahan.
• The body is professionally welded after rolling and removing possible defects, and then de-stressing is done in thermal furnaces, which is fully discussed in another section about de-stressing.
• Also, UT and RT tests are performed on the welding lines to avoid any human error in welding.

2- Body made of spiral tubes

These pipes are also suitable for the use of ball mills. They are available in standard diameters and standard thicknesses, the advantage of which is their automatic production, and for this reason, they do not need to be de-stressed.
