Crushing operation in copper factory

In the copper factory, we have chosen the equipment based on the size of the stone and whether we use it for primary and secondary crushing.

Basic wisdom:

The ore from the mine goes directly into the primary crusher. These stones separate very large pieces of the mine so that they can pass through the secondary crusher.

Secondary crushing:

After crushing the ore once, each large piece is returned to the crusher and enters what we call the circulating load. Then it passes under the size pieces of the linear vibrating screens (mine vibrating screen). In these screens, minerals are sorted by size.
As you know, we are currently using rod mills. Before transferring to a ball mill. However, we will switch to a closed circuit. This process is explained below:

Closed circuit systems use ball mills and classifiers together. Using this system, we can route any level with the size of the release and put it into the appropriate classification.
In addition, instead of semi-automatic mills, we use fully automatic mills.
